Drive product architecture and execution across modules including Recruitment (Job Postings, Candidates, Immigration), Projects, Financials (Invoices, Payroll), and Operations (Companies, Employees, Contacts), enabling end-to-end staffing workflows.
Oversee full stack development across Angular frontend and backend systems using FastAPI and Strapi v5, including migration from FastAPI to Strapi and deployment on Azure infrastructure.
Integrate AI/LLM capabilities including RAG-based candidate scoring and planned NLP-driven automation to improve recruitment efficiency, task generation, and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, modular systems supporting role-based access (Admin, Recruiter, HR, Finance) and enterprise-level workflows.
Currently in beta with internal HR teams, focusing on validating AI-driven features and preparing for broader market rollout.
