Origins: on-prem and monolithic
Our journey began in the era of on-premises data centers and monolithic architectures, where we sourced specialized talent to build and maintain core relational databases, legacy ERP systems, and early n-tier web applications.
The mobile and SOA transition
As the industry underwent rapid transformation, our talent networks expanded to meet the demands of the mobile revolution and the transition to Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA).
Cloud migration era
When business infrastructure moved from physical servers to the cloud, R2 evolved in step. We actively staffed and supported the complex migrations to AWS, Azure, and GCP — guiding clients through microservices, containerization, and the cultural shift toward DevOps and CI/CD.
Today: cloud-native and AI
